For those intermittently getting login pages for no reason, its due to a very large DDoS that is on a neighboring network to ours hitting someone else, and were intermittently getting some of the blow back from it. its already being mitigated according to the DC staff, but it isnt hitting us, just causing some congestion at a common routing point.
